I had purchased Harman Kardon onyx studio 6 Bluetooth speaker from Amazon India on 15th September 2020. After using it for a week, suddenly the speaker has stopped turning on. I got a complaint registered in Harman customer care but even after 20 days and several reminders my speaker is still lying with me.
I have not received any feedback from them to date.
