It's not been first time since my journey with ford is 4 years old and now ford is leaving India I guess this kind of behaviour and attitude will remain with such dealership.
Previously because of Harpreet Ford person my insurance got expired and after waiting for 15 days and customer had to sacrifice issue was closed again when I reached the dealer services center with a problem that I am not able to open any nut of my tire with the spanner provided I would like to add it's a brand new spanner still it's not working the service advisor told me that the nuts are all worn out change them asking me to shed out Rs300 per nut approx Rs4800 well this is the kind of quality an international brand gives. I get my vehicle service by certified ford dealers but this kind of behaviour is next level. They are just in a seek to put a hole in customer pocket and shell out money. It's a sad journey from the day I purchased my vehicle till date and not a single satisfaction service from Ford.
I have earlier also filed numerous complaints and all are in vein so I expect the same with this one.
