Harrow international school Hyderabad — Over burden of bags n no proper facilities

Hi all my daughters are studying in class 9th and 7th in Harrow international school Hyderabad. They are carrying bag of nearly 12 kg when asked to provide desk in school they denied. It is very fifficult for any student to carry this much of load on daily basis. Second issue is there are no proper fans lights in school in summer they face lot of difficulty when there is a powercut. I dont know how to tackle n find solution as it was all in vein to say them
