Harsa-manesar Toll Plaza Jalandhar-pathankot Nh 1a — Toll taken two times for one journey

I was traveling on jalandhar-pathankot highway[protected]. At toll plaza of harsa-Manesar toll of Rs 100 was deducted from my fast tag. They said payment declined and took from me cash of Rs 100 also.When i later checked i found out they had cheated me.
