We are one of the hundreds victims of mr. Nalla malla reddy (Founder of harsha estates pvt. Ltd). We were group of singareni colleries co employees. We bought some extent of land near kanchivani singaram village, near ghatkesar. He (Nalla malla reddy) approached us to develop the layout with basic amenities like roads and drains.
This happened in during[protected].
He collected amount from the singareni employees, with this amount he bought land around our society and developed it and named it as divya nagar and sold plots to outside customers.
He also started engineering college with his name in the same locality.
But till today, no developments started on our lands and worst is that we are not able to see or sell our land, as he is not allowing us to do.
I never seen such a rouge or criminal in real life other than in movies.
