I had requested for the policy renewal ad executive took me over completely and finally they sent me a link i made the payment but they have changed my reg no. From ka01 to ka02.
And when i call up the call center or toll free no one mr ankit came on call and he is asking to send me the rc book copy. Why should i??
When your team has done the mistake and they should only get this rectified. And this chap disconnects the call directly.. Is this the way u have trained your people to assist customers???
