[Resolved]  Harvest Engineering, Gaziabad — charged extra amount and taken extra money in lieu of excise duty and VAT

Hi All,

A fraud being done by harvest engineering ( Bittu Chadha) gaziabad. I purchased an Oil expeller from him. Deal was Closed at 83000/- with all inclusive. Once I have given the full amount then he told me you need pay VAT extra.Then i asked for refund and he refused to return. Then i paid VAT also then he told
Me you need to pay excise duty also, Then I asked for excise receipt he
Lied it will be provided at the time of delivery but he has not provided. By all means
I paid more 20% tax (Rs 13100). He also lied on Transport charges; He told me you
Need pay RS 1200 transport charges. At the time of delivery we came to know transport charges are Approx.
RS 9000. Then I contacted him he told us you pay all amount, I will return you
back that amount. But he stopped responding my phone. In additional committed
me to provide all accessories and installation will cost you only RS 500/ but he has not provided both which cost me additional Rs 6000/.
