Harvinder Kaur — Excess fee charged by toll plaza ludhiana

I have paid for paid rs. 178 for up and down valid from 21.02.2016 08.17 am to 22.02.2016 08.17am but due heavy rush on 22.02.2016 i have reached at toll plaza on 22.02.2016 at 10.00am. Toll plaza emploee has charged rs.119/-one side full tariff instead of 119x2=238-178=60 i. E. Rs. 59 extra
What should be actually charged as per extant rules?
