[Resolved]  Haryana Roadways — Change Not Given By Conductor And Abusing & Fighting

To, The General Manager Roadways, Kaithal Sub : Change not Given By Conductor Dear Sir, As we all know that we are having one of the best Public Transport System of India in Haryana. Being the citizen of Haryana it is our core responsibility to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certains corrupt employee. Therefore, I would like to share one incident, which was happened to me. Today i.e. 16-09-14 I have travelled from the above said Bus from Kaithal to Karnal Time 6.10 P.M with ticket nos.C-14/537244 for Rs. 47.00, for Rs.3.00 . The above said Bus belongs to KARNAL Depot Bus No HR45 A 5047. I gave Rs. 50.00 to booth conductor along with Bus conductor for tickets and the tickets cost me Rs. 47.00. The booth conductor has returned me 3 toffees. Immediately, but i refuse and gave him 2 rupees change but he refuse nd said take this or nothing u got. All my efforts goes wasted. i said that if we cooperate then why u not cooperating us. I behaved him rudely; he has told me that he doesn't give to me. Further, And he says me “ JAHAN COMPLAINT KARNA HAI KAR LE GM ROADWAYS KAITHAL TO MERA SAALA HAI JO UKHADANA HA UKHAD LENA “ And he Abusing me and Fighting with me with support of Bus Drivers . this has not happened only to me, he kept money of Rs. 1.00, Rs.2.00, Rs. 3.00 maximum passanger. also.By seeing this I felt very ashamed being a citizen of Haryana.Hence, I am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of Haryana for not spoiling the image of our Transport system.
