We had a booking from IGI Airport to Chandigarh, details given below:

We were there at the : T3, IGI Airport @ 3AM to 6 AM but the bus didn't
Reached. We tried calling the Volvo office no one will picked the phone. After
that I had purchased two more tickets at 6 Am and reached Chandigarh.
Upon asking that since we have done the online payment for the service, they
said that you write a mail and your amount will be refunded back.
Very very bad experience.
We request you to please refund back our amount i.e. Rs. 1290/- as we have not
availed the said service.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this mail at your end.
