Haryana Transport Department — driving license (card) not reached, no tracking information available

I piyansh applied for a driving license at rto north gurugram (Hr26) on 11/11/2019. My license was approved and i got a text message stating my license number. I was told that it would reach me within 7 days and all information can be seen in sarathi website. Now if i check online, it shows printing of dl in form 7 is pending and the counter under which it is located is approval. I cannot see any tracking details or so for the license. My license number is hr[protected] and application number is [protected]. Please help me with the tracking.

I applied for renewal of my driving license on 17/11/19 on line and made the payment on
same day.

On 21/11/19 i went to RTO -sonipat for submitting the form and SCRUTINY was completed on 21/11/19 and after that nothing has happened, kindly look in to the matter.
