Using domestic building for commercial purposes

is the registered address of a company " SAANVI SOULFUL JOURNEY PRIVATE LIMITED".registered with Registrar of Companies - Delhi.

This address is a domestic building being used for commercial purposes. I have attached their registration details with this complaint.

Dear All,

This is to apprise you all that I am the owner of the H.No. 1718 and recently new building of 4 floors(H.no. 1719, sector 46) got constructed adjacent to my home.
Builder has used common wall to construct his building. As per HUDA rule, builder should pay certain sum(as decided by HUDA) for using common wall for construction, however builder has not paid us a single penny for using common wall.

Sewer is overflow and water logged at the road

I'm R.s BhRdwaj, resident of 1998, urban estate, jind, want to submit that dirty water from almost every sewer point, oozing out since the last 15 days. Our Neighbour's have been complaint to the local office, almost on daily basis, but nothing has been done so far.Due to the foul smell of the sewer water, residents of the locality are annoyed & want to get rid of this trouble, at the earliest.pl. issue necessary orders to the concerned....

Regarding possession of allotted plot no 522/78 Fbd and 9% interest on deposit amount due to late offer letter of possession.

This is with reference to your allotment letter Memo no Z0001/E0001/UE001/GALOT/[protected] for residential plot no 522 in sector 78 at urban estate Faridabad. I, Bharat Kumar was assured that the possession of the plot will be offered within 3 years but I haven't received the possession yet. Due to which the interest on bank has increased and huda is also charging internet for the same. I haven't been offered the possession. Kindly help me...

Dear Sir,
We are into cattle farming siince last 15 years with no source of income.
Our adjoining land has been hot vacated by Huda and we have an apprehension that our cattle will be diplaced by huda.
I humbly request that we may be given reasonable time to make arrangements for pur cattle.

Water Supply in Sector-06 Bahadurgarh

Address: 835 Sector 6, Bahadurgarh

Regret to inform that from past 3-4 Days there is no water Supply in Sector 6 Bahadurgarh.

This problem is from past few months There is no fixed time for water supply.

Without water it's becoming impossible to survive.

Issue with payment

This is to bring to your notice that yesterday night bricks and tirpal have fallen from house no 685, sector 21, pocket e, gurgaon 122016 top floor rooftop, to my home 677, sector 21 pocket e. There is an illegal construction on the top floor rooftop of house no 685 roof top which puts our life at risk as previously also material have fallen from there.

EMD amount of 830000 rs is not refunded after Auction cancellation Re

I registered for an auction which was to be held on 19th April and paid the EMD amount of 830000 rupees on 18th April 2022. The Auction for the particular property got cancelled without any prior notice and on calling the support number I got the response that I will be getting the refund within 3 working days.
3 working days from 19th is 22nd and today is 18th May 2012 i.e. a complete month and I still am waiting for the refund of...

Refund application pending

I had submitted a refund application, for house number 2327P sector 9, at HUDA faridabad which was approved on 6th May 2022 but the refund amount is not being disbursed. I have contacted huda faridabad physically and over phone many times but they are not responding properly and not providing any information....

My CM window complaint no CMOFF/N/2015/21371 dt 16.2.2015 which has been disposed of again today at 5th times with out any action taken on the ground. HSVP action memo no 514 dt 6.3.2017 supposed to be implemented after neighbour lost court case no 1280/17 but never implemented. Pata nahi Koi honest officer hamari madad karega ya nahi....

Sewerage blockage in h n 1372 sec 9

Sir,
Our sewerage line block .so I was complaint to waterbox sec9 on April 25 or 26. Two people came for repair . They resolved the issue and take charge rs 200 for it. But yesterday it blocked again . We put complain again in that register of waterbox . They came today and demand for repairing 1000. Because they say ramp have to be broken. It's govt duty to clear the sewerage . Please. Look into the. Matter .and resolve the issue....
