Myself resident of House no-614 sector 10A. I have 3 story constructed house & 615 was vacant plot. But recently a builder has developed plot no 615 as a 4 story building & sold as independent floors. The builder has used our wall as common wall which resulted in damages of tiles & sippage in walls. But i am not getting any compensetion for the common wall. What should I do? Please help & guide me.

We are facing same problem in Sector 49 Faridabad. I have filed complaint in MCF, commisioner office, while survey department was not taking any complaint. Next step is RTI if no action is done. Lets unite and fight together.
The owner of Pot No 599 has weakened / damaged the shared wall between Pot No 599 and Plot No 598 significantly on Mar 29 -Mar 30, 2021 causing safety concerns . The issue may be urgenty addressed with a view to allaying safety concerns by arranging a Site Inspection visit by a team of your Engineers at the earliest . The prompt action would go a long way in addressing safety concerns of a Senior Citizen and a Veteran of Defence Forces in this trying times of COVID19 pandemic.
