I submitted complain for low water pressure at huda website on 30th april 2018.
Complain no[protected]. Time for resoltion was 3 to 4 days. But no one has visited till date. On call to helpline number, no one is helping. Everytime they give new timeline for resolution of complaint.
Its been 12 days now.
There is no detailed information on website if the compalin is taken care of or not.
Status shows complain is in open state.
On visiting office, they said officer will visit in one or two days. But no officer has visited till now. There is no clear escalation matrix where customer can escalate their complain. Was this information helpful? |
