[Resolved]  Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Payment of bill done - but still show bill pending

28/02/2022 was the last day for payment of our water bill for consumer no.1600162, maina devi agroiya of house no. 200 0f sector 16-17, hisar and i tried to make an online payment through my crtedi card of hdfc bank which showed an error and again i tried from the same card and again it showed an error. After that i tried from atm card of punjab national bank with the same result but in all the three cases i recd sms that i made payment of rs.432.00 using above cards. Thereafter i asked my daughter to make the payment throught paytm. This also showed that rs. 432 has been paid. After that when i checked i found that rs. 432.00 has been credited twice while other two payments are still awaited for refund or credit to my account. Kindly check it properly and see that either the payments of 432.00 + 432.00 are credited to my water bill payment account or to my bank accounts.

Further you should check it how payment was credited while it was showing an error . This type of errors not only give trouble to consumers but also financial loss is there.

Your payment taking site is not up to mark. While it was showing an error then how the payment were credited to your account two times out of four .
