Today i have receive e-mail and sms from sbi as under.
Your a/c xxxxx201205 debited inr 1, 000.00 on 26/12/19 - transferred to investment intermedi. Avl balance inr 49, 122.49.
How they can debit any amount without my permission or instruction. They also don't ask for which purpose they debit this amount.
Customer care serve ask to contact branch office and branch offcie ask they do not know about it. You can complain for it.
There are so many complains shown in internet online.
Why sbi unnecessary hears customer by deduct money without showing any lesion?
