Hastiworld — Ordered item not received. Refund also not done

On May 3, 2022 I have placed an order for supply of 10KG mango. The payment, Rs.705.64 has been paid using credit card. I have received a confirmation of the order also in my mail.

As per their terms. the delivery time is 24 hours and I have not recd the items till this time (5th May 2022). There is no reply for the email. No contact numbers are available at their site.

What I should do now? can we complaint with any other Govt. authorities?
They are really cheating lot of people. The affected people should make a joint complaint & demand for the refund of the amount.

Updated by KKUnni 2 days back I recd a call from one person, who himself introduced as a person from Hastiworld and confirmed me to refund the amount immediately. After that there is no response from them & my money also not refunded.

Updated by KKUnni There is no response from Hastiworld.com at all. Now the web site is not responding, After several complaints the site is stopped working and now one another site started and in the name as "https://madhavcreationn.myshopify.com/" from same place - Surat, Gujarat. Everything is same. Most probably they will also not deliver the items once you order the items. BEWARE of this site also.
