Hatupq — Service not done

I had applied for my driving license through this platform, and paid an amount of Rs. 2500 for getting it done.
I got my learner license but after a month this company is closed, due to some financial issues.
Later they asked to fill some form so that they will refund the money for the services not completed. But after that i dint receive any followup and there is no contact about them.
