Hauzkhas Parking Representatives — they are charging more than rs100 for parking which is the max amount set by dmc

I have office in hauzkhas village and i use the sdmc parking. Yesterday i parked my car for 9hours and 40 mins. While leaving they asked me for rs200.
I had an argument and i told them about the rule set by delhi government which is rs20/hr and max rs100 in a day. But they refused to listen. I had to pay rs200 but i also asked for a receipt. I am attaching the receipt to the complain. Kindly help me because it is my office there and i can't fight with them everyday about it.
