Reference is made of our discussion with Mr. Jignesh Shah – Service Head Havels & Mr. Kirit Patel of Sanderi Electricals . In context of our discussion, we wish to inform you following.
1. During our preliminary discussion, Havelshas confirmed to replace Entire three Fans with BLDC –Fan ( Similar Model ) . The differential amount towards BLDC fan and Regular fan of same modelshall be paid by us.
2. Later stage, Mr.Jignesh Shah denied for the replacement to dealer and we once again discussed on the same matter and final conclusion awaited by end of the day., .
We are failed to understand, that the price is almost similar and Design is 100% same .Why Havelshasn’t discontinued this worst product ?? Why dealer has supplied Regular fan -80 Watt –Actual consumption 110 Watts supplied by dealer against our requirement of BLDC fans ?? . Even regular standard fan of other company are not consuming < 50 Watts on Full Speed. We already have installation of Luminous & Helonix Make Fans .
