Refer to my service complaint id[protected], no appropriate action has been taken till date. Your personnel after many calls had visited twice my home and have also taken visit charges of rs 250 and charges of one spare part for rs 350, but my geyser is not working. Your personnel with contact number [protected] was sent and he doesn't possess sound technical knowledge to handle my complaint. His senior with contact number [protected] is not picking my phone and we are still suffering at the hands of havell company.
