I had purchased an Exhaust Fan in the month of July, 2021, which started giving trouble i.e. Slow Speed & Non-Opening of its Frame's Fins etc. and a Complaint in this regard I have lodged several Complaints over Customer Care Number of Havells India vide Complaint Reference No. [protected] dated 17.11.2021; Complaint Reference No. [protected] dated 26.11.2021; Complaint Reference No. [protected] dated 04.12.2021 Complaint Reference No. [protected] dated 08.12.2021 & the Latest one was on 24.12.2021 vide Complaint Reference No. [protected]. My Complaints were assigned to the Technician Mr. Nikhil Rathore (Mobile No. [protected]) and till date my problem has not been resolved completely and there is still issue of Non-Opening of Fins of Exhaust Fan's Frame during its running and due to which the Exhaust Fan runs on very slow speed.
The Technician Mr. Nikhil Rathore is not bothering to visit at my residence and also not able to resolve the issue. Also, he has got my last 02 (Two) Complaints vide Reference No. [protected] dated 04.12.2021; & Reference No. [protected] dated 24.12.2021 Cancelled on his own without visiting at my place by wrongfully mentioning that there is no issue with my Exhaust Fan. I am not able to understand that how the Technician can Cancel the Complaint without visiting customer's place and also without taking KKG Code on his own. This is completely the act of mis-representation by your Technician.
