I contact with Joy Enterprise, Authorised service Center, Serampore, Technicians visited my house and told me Mother Board & SMPS are not working . But till date, problem has not been solved . Please take necessary action and do the needful. Abhijit Das . Was this information helpful? | 
We purchased HCL computer a nearly year back and also taken extended warranty for a period of three years. After 1 year two months my computer went off and machine stopped working. I lodged a complaint with HCL service centre located as Serampore, Joy Enter prise, to get the system repaired. There engineer came and told me that the power supply and motherboard went off. they will change the motherboard. But till date they have no response . I several time call them, they told only power supply device has come . After getting Motherboard, they will repair the Computer . Please do the needful .
