Respected Sir/Mam,
This is my complaint against HCL Infosystems Ltd. I have Purchased a HCL Tablet V3 from online shopping site Amazone.in . and received the Tablet on 25.03.2014 through courier.
Tablet is Defective having a Lines on Display Screen
Visited HCL infosysstem - Andheri Office on 26.03.2014 requesting for replacement
They took the Tablet back and issue orderform numbered - [protected] and confirmed that (verbally - request for writing was refused) the tablet will be replaced by 15.04.2014.
Till on 28.04.2014 after many reminders and follow up still no replacement or even a fix date for getting it.
Very bad customer handling - DIsappointed by Services of HCL. Was this information helpful? |
