[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Relieving/Experience letter is not yet generated SAP: 52084073

Hi,
My LWD was 19/12/2023 and all clearance is done but not sure why they have not generated my relieving and experience letter till now.

I have droped multiple email to fnfsettlement and GIT team to understand if there is any due or recovery but they are not responding at all even though trying to reach on their designated number but not responding g at all.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
After paid recovery amount they generated the letters and received it now from offboarding portal.
HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I was working with HCL and my employee id is 51346489.I am trying to get my experience certificate from Ex HCLites portal. However even after multiple attempts, I am not able to login to this portal. It either says invalid OTP or password although both are valid (checked multiple times). So could you please help me by sending the Experience certificate as soon as possible.
