HDB Financial Services — About manager personal grudges

Hi, hazra here, i was working with the HDB financial services personal loan department, the relationship manager was harikishna personal loan, hdfc bank, he was not supporting me in assignimg leads and was not telling to come to office and asking som many times to provide and assign work he used to say I have no work to.assign but he used to give work to his own community people, i assumed the situation and resigned from job and but he said it's accepted need not to come ... For a surprise he wrote to.hr department that I'm absconding from work without prior notice and not coming to office, when I questioned him about that absconding letter he is saying I'm not your manager, you are not part of the company, i have nothing to do with, with hr called for final settlement he said i terminate from job nothing to do with her, when hr asked she is getting mail id absconding he listend to him and accepted to accept resignation and after a few minutes called me and said i have nothing to do with you, why should I accept you are not part of the company like that bluffing, i would request to CEO of hdb and chief head of hr department pls stop all harrasment that is happening to executive by relationship manager of the HDFC Bank ... Otherwise pls hire only the same community people to stop harrasment, this unprofessionalism in the working place totally not acceptable ... They are not.accepting my resignation, not giving work telling not part of the company, writing to hr that I'm absconding from work, and saying again nothing to do with you now you are not part of the company ... This too way more rediculus behaviour by that harikishna manager who is working in hdfc and relationship.manager in banajarahills, bank house, Hyderabad. Pls stop harassing executives only using their higher position playing with their career . Hope the team of hdb understand thanking you!
