Dear sir
I am dr. G. K. Viju (Contact no. [protected]). I availed an asus laptop from qrs on 27.12.2019 by making the down payment of rs.9648.00. The loan tenure is for 10 months. First month emi taken on 03.02.2020, but this month until now the emi is not yet taken? What's the reason for that. Is there any issues with the bank? I am unable to open the hdb fin serv app in my mobile. So pls look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

U have recvd courier: ATR1668886 thr TPC/SLM. Call [protected]
But no response from customer care Jaya, very lethogic response.
Very hurting and irritating and I have voice record with me,
Even delivery boy asked sorry but she didn't speak properly also dint ask curtsy sorry also for the delay, very hurting.
