Dear HDB FINANCIAL team,
I have posted my below concern on 9th Feb 2018 I received a mail regarding HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES is notified about the complain you have submitted however I did not get any response or revert on my mail from HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES till now.
Today is 23rd Feb 2018 it's been 15 days I did not get any resolution regarding my issue or my complain.
I am again explain my concern-
I already raised my concern in november 2017 that i left my job in october 2017 and i"ll be not available in india after 17th dec 2017 as i am going abroad for higher studies thats why i will not able to repay it or continue with my hdb personal loan a/c no. 2975552. I already called and requested on hdb customer care executive for foreclosure of my personal loan a/c no. 2975552, they said that in your case settlement can be done before six months because you will be going out of country for further studies, i have call recording along with complain no. Of the same.
But i didn't get any solution from hdb financial services, i also visited the branch to discuss the same however they said that you have to pay all amount in a one go to us this is the only way settlement can be done.
I dont have money as i am not earning & i have education loan as well which i need to pay apart form this i am not in india and hdb financial collection guys calling my father & threatening him that legal action will be taken against you as well.
I already informed hdb financial services bank that i am looking for settlement as i'll be not available in india after 17th dec but i am not getting any resolution from their side.
I talked to my parents regarding the loan settlement they don't have money as well,
I can do settlement in rs.20, 0000.00 for this amount as well my parents need to sell some home gadgets.
I also attached the screenshot of the mail which i have sent on 7th dec & 12th dec 2017 cc'ed RBI stating that i'll be not able to repay this loan as i am not available in india, i am looking for the settlement.
Request you to kindly close my account by looking into this issue.
