HDB Financial Services — Request for No Dues Clearance

I have been a customer with HDB Finance from 2020 Jan - 2023 Dec and have recently completed all the necessary payments as per our agreement. Despite fulfilling all my financial obligations, I have not received the necessary documentation confirming the clearance of my dues.I tried to call but unfortunately not getting any response.
