HDB Financial Services — Resign letter and relieving letter

My name gursewak singh employ code G14814
I have resigned HDB Finance on 11/08/2021 and last working day was on 14/12/2022. I have submitted my resignation on paper and gave it to my reporting manager and he already processed but my relievenig letter not coming yet . I want to join new company so pls provide me relievening letter on urgent base
