2nd emi on 2nd-aug'19 received sms bank mandate ach signature pls contact on that day itself took leave form office almost 20kms drove to to rathna fan house contacted mr. Siva hdb mob no [protected] requesting to fill bank mandate & asked me to pay thru online link was shared & told this is last hence myself came voluntarily again necessity formalities done, on that day itself made payment thru link before 2nd-aug'19 eod working hour's, later repeatedly got a call from collect exe told that i have already paid & shared details also for this the reason have told mr. Siva hdb will not pay thru online since your guys keep calling & not understand telling have made payment.
3rd emi falls on 02nd-sep'19 again received sms ach mandate pls contact, immediately contacted mr. Siva hdb requested this time will not come to your branch & inform your higher official to call me back, he is not turned till date & insisting that i want to make payment since i am moving out of station.
Post 1st week of sep'19 got a call from collect exe mr. Logeshwari she is not understand what i saying rather i am asking their higher official contact no & mail id to escalate she is talking blunder things to customer by not providing the same
2nd week of sep'19 received a call again told her to send your collect exe to collect cash she said ok later they haven't turned up whole week, later 3rd again received a call asked why your colc exe's not come to collect payment, she is claiming they may busy & asking customer why don't you pay don't you know etc etc the way talking unacceptable,
3rd week end of sep'19 received call again from colc exe ms. Nandhinee mob no: [protected] she is talking like harrashment way to customer told i am already communicated to your colleq's that out of station, you can send your staff to collect cash on 25th-sep wednesday
Again ms. Nandhinee mob no: [protected] called me claiming myself only spoken to you last week i will send person today to you give cash like that i told her i am not station you can send your colc exe on wednsday again she is talking like non sense thing like where are you? Why you unable to make payment? I will make your life miserable you will not take any loan hereafter i can do any thing i want (Though i am explaining above all situations there is mistake from your side)
Note : since she is a lady patiently conveyed to send colc exe to collect on 25th & i am coming forward to make payment tried reaching out your colleage's since 02nd-sep'19 but there is not response & every time when your official contacted i m answering.
Want to take strict action on logeshwari & nandhinee mob no: [protected] of hdbfs collect executive threatning customer on various ground over phone on her own by not providing their higher official though asked several times & as this matter is very serious want to know action taken on above staff's by giving letter or mail in detail before 25th-sep'19.
If not will seriously take it up with gream road police station threatning customer on various ground by hdbfs collection executive's
Above all had conveyed with mr. Mukund mob no: [protected] he said will forward to concern dept to take strict action even i requested to share higher officials,
He also not shared advising to go website dont understanding by providing higher up cont no & mail id nothing wrong & require action on above staff's before 25th-sep'19
Anticipating your positive action on above officials before 25th-sep'19 failing will proceed as said above.
