[Resolved] HDFC Bank — 10000 rs. payzapp amount still not refunded

My payzapp mobile no: [protected]. I have done following two transactions on[protected] to my friend payzapp. Money not credited to my friend payzapp a/c. & not refunded to my payzapp a/c.

1. Txn id:[protected]ma27qv8
2. Txn id:[protected]bm42wo3

When i contacted customercare said will get back to you with in 2hrs. Like that said. But still not called to me.
Complaint no: lmis 6738 in payzapp.

Please make them to refund my money asap.
