I tried to contact HDFC Bank customer care many times, for got to know about the reason for holding the amount, but irrespective of the calling time bank IVR played one single line in the loop - "your call is important to us & our all customer care executives are busy, kindly hold the line".
Even after listening to the same message in the loop for hours, no one executives got free to response the call.
If you people are not able to assist your customer then, why not you shut down your so-called customer care, at least many o[censored]s will save from getting torture by listening "your call is important to us & our all customer care executives are busy, kindly hold the line".
