[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — 5000 rs wrongly debited from my credit card and still no refund

Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302021

I have wrongly debited for 5000 rs from my 2 payzapp accounts.. I have already given all the details via query/feedback for as well as emailed too however it seems payzapp customer support team is too lazy to resolve customer concerns also their customer helpline number is sucks too i have never ever able to connect via this number then what is the use of mentioning support helpdesk and what is the use of this # app when you guys are not capable enough to resolve customer concerns... Just shame on you payzapp team... If still from payzapp is have some shame left then pls resolve my concern asap and pls do not send me that query/feedback link again and again as i have already provide all the details... My 2 payzapp linked email address are given below 1. [protected]@gmail.com 2. [protected]@gmail.com pls check and reverse back my 5000 rs in my both of the accounts

This is really shameful for HDFC team that its clearly mentioned in my comments that i have already share all that details tons of times using those query/feedback link then why the hell you are sharing those links again n again...what a stupid ####### you are...
