Today 9/07/2020 at 8.17 pm 999 rs. Debited from my credit card. Transaction message is as follows

Alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xx6601 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:20:17:47 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

I want my money back. What the hell is this. How the hell can anyone use my credit card without otp or pin.
What is about security??
I want my money back. Thats it.

We confirm that the refund will be generally credited in 10-12 working days from the date of merchant confirmation.
