HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We note that your Aadhar number is not yet updated in our records. Kindly share us the SMS screenshot of the request sent and the confirmation SMS received for Aadhar updation. Alternately, You can update your Aadhaar number through Netbanking by following below mentioned step :
Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and IPIN (NetBanking Password).
Select ""View/Update Aadhar number "" option under the Request menu from the Menu bar located on the left hand side of the web page.
Enter the Aadhar number
Click on ""Update""
Confirm if your address is correct or not by clicking on check box
If your addresss is correct click on ""Confirm"".
Incase there is any change in your address, you can update the same using the ' Update Address Option' online.
Your aadhar card number will be updated in our system, within 3 to 4 working days. We request you to please Login again after 4 working days, and view the updated details.
You can also view/update your Aadhar number by clicking on ""Update Contact Details"" on the top.
We inform you that you can also update your Aadhaar number through MobileBanking app (on Android and iOS phones) by following below mentioned step:
Log in to MobileBanking
Select ""Request"" section under Accounts and tap on ""View/update Aadhaar number""
Select the account where you wish to link your Aadhaar number
Input your Aadhaar number and re-enter your Aadhaar number and tap on ""update""
Tap on ""confirm"" to submit the record
Your aadhaar number will be updated in our records within 3 to 4 working days.
Alternatively,
To update your Aadhaar / UID number to your HDFC Bank Savings Account, you can visit any of your nearest HDFC Bank branch along with original Aadhaar card or E-Aadhaar letter, and submit the form duly signed available in the link given below (format is available with branches too)

Once the request is received and found to be in order, the Aadhaar / UID number will be updated with us in 5 working days.
