[Resolved] HDFC Bank — About new account kit and not getting satisfactory answer | |||
I am rajesh bhalja. Applied to open new account at bopal, samarpen complex branch ahmedabad. Not received kit till 08 days are over. Trading account not opened till date. Not getting satisfactoring answer from branch people even after no. Of calls. Very lathargic functioning. Customer id given is 629617. As i have to go out of station and even after requesting to do it on priority, lot of delay is there. Now i am thinking to withdraw and not to continue with hdfc bank Was this information helpful? | |||

My full processing fees should be returned. It was your executive fault, he did wrong commitment then why should I bear loss. If you will return I will not accept. I want my full processing fees amount.
Many times follow up but no any response from hdfc Seniors person
