Dear sir i'm a regular customer of hdfc bank, using a net banking but one day i'm trying to recharge my mob no. [protected] and amount is deducted but recharge is not done. Details are provided bellow Date- 7/12/2015 Transaction id-CCACL1FNG754-CCAFREECHARGEIN Cheque/Ref. No.-[protected] Amount-Rs 108 so i requested you to resolve my problem and refund my amount as possible. Thank you.
