[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — About their customer care services

Really bugged with hdfc bank's customer care service today. I dialled on there no 61606161 atleast 8 times & inserted all information as per the auto voice assistance & when i am about to reach the final stage it hangs up. Tried there other toll free number [protected] which is unavailable & another number [protected] says they will only entertain the escalated complaints... So i should have an already registered complaint with them to be entertained on that number... But it also hangs up after saying so. Guess if this is the customer care we are getting in this age & time... How far it will take them!!
