[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Abusive call from customer care agent regarding credit card offer

I got a call from one of your executive and she asked me whether i want a hdfc credit card. To which i replied i already have a credit card. She replied me back saying am i mad or what since she asked me about hdfc credit card and abused me. If she is frustrated that doesn't mean she will call anyone and throw her anger on them. She has no right of doing such thing and i would request you to look into this matter. There is absolutely no point in employing such people since they bring disgrace and bad reputation to your company. Unfortunately, i don't have her name but i do have the number from which she called me (+91-[protected]). This incident happened on[protected] at 4:38 pm

Updated by priyankalwar I also need confirmation that you have taken action or I'll post it everywhere. Also planning to lodge an FIR against it, for abusive calls.
