I have made HDFC credit card payment on 4th of December through my HDFC account. However, after I made the payment, they have blocked my account for suspicious transaction. I haven't complained of any suspicious transaction to the bank. It was a genuine payment which was made against the credit card. I have been running around the HDFC branch near my house since a week and no response from them and I have raised multiple complaints against the problem no response either from the customer care. I can neither access my net banking nor transact through my account since a week which has made my life miserable. How can I live without my main account without transacting for daily needs. Issue needs to resolved by the Bank as soon as possible.
