Complaint marked as Resolved So if you are also facing debit freeze in your bank account then there is nothing to worry unless you have not done anything wrong. Banks do it for our safety. Okay so the process is simple just go to your home branch and tell them about the freeze and ask them the reason behind freeze . So there can be two reason
1- bank might itself done it .
2- cyber crime team has done it.
So in my case bank had done it . The reason for debit freeze in my account was because I have a Student account and I have made many transaction, although transction was not illegal aur fraud bit bank doesn't know so for investigation they freeze your account so just go and provide all the documents they ask and wait patiently because it takes at least one month to complete the process.
