HDFC Bank — Account is in negative and 3800 rs is deducted by bank

Hi . After opting for moratorium on 8th april after paying my emi on 7th april . My account is in negative now and 3800 rupees are deducted by bank, i have mailed support HDFC and to nodal office up east as well .
Please refund my amount as quickly as possible.
