I called customer care to report a fraud transaction and in return they blocked my account, debit card and net banking.
I went to bank and completed all formalities to resume the same and they said it will be activated same day after 4 pm
Today 3 days have passed but everything is still blocked, my emi's gets deducted on 1 of every month and now they will be bounced and i will be levied a penalty. Who is responsible for the same, why take so much time to activate the account again. Was this information helpful? |
