[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — account seized without any intimation

I am holding a joint account with my husband with hdfc bank, golpark kolkata branch for the last 15 yrs or more. We had a horrible experience this time. Without any intimation the bank seized our savings account due to kyc for which all our ecs got bounced. Kyc and all other documents were submitted last monday 17 july and till today our account has not yet been activated and we are facing serious trouble now. Hdfc phone banking service is useless and one can never get connected to any official for any support. We are harassed by the bank like anything. This is absolutely not acceptable.

I have salary account in HDFC bank for one and half year and I had a recurring deposit for one year..I maintaining my account still they charged AMB including GST Rs.708 for two times (Rs.1416/-)..
They provide pathetic service.. even they are not customer friendly..

My HDFC Bank account close this is my customer ID 66264134 I am not use for this account sorry and not many I resign for the srco company (Vodafone Coll senter)... this is my number.[protected]
The finance charges added to my credit card although I have paid full amount
The cheque clearance delayed by hdfc bank and made to pay the finance charges and also refusing to reverse amount

I have requested for credit card cancellation for 10 times nearly, i wrote a letter and submitted directly inn the bank but still they didnt cancell which is very bad. i didn't like hdfc services. i want to cancell my card
