[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account still not degraded from last three months

I have a saving a/c no [protected] in the name of Gagandeep kaur/Prabhjit Singh at focal point branch, ludhiana.
I have given to request to branch manager Rai Saheb for degrade the account from 25000 avg.balance to 10000 avg balance in the month of dec2016 but the same has still not done & moreover I had been charged with non maintainance chgs.I have visited the branch twice last month & I was told it account will degraded in march & all the chgs will also be reversed in first week of march.
Ii think no one is bothered about the customer.
Please do the needfull on priority basis

Please be informed that for downgrading the account you are requested to visit the branch and sign the required documents. The charges amounting to Rs 2760 levied in the said account have been reversed on 9 Mar 2017.

I had made a transaction of 10000 from my payzapp to my bank account on 4 march 2017 but the money is credited.

My Loan# 25590156 is cleared in the month of Oct 2016. However I have not received my NOC neither to registered home add not Email add.

Hi Team,

I have noticed a Fuel Surcharge deduction of Rs. 11.50 from my account for a swipe made towards fuel payment in the Petrol pump.

Kindly help with the explanation of why the deduction took place and how the deduction has been made without any authorization.
