I am atul kumar misra, employed with high commission of india, singapore. I have a nri account numbered [protected], in hdfc bank at community centre, janakpuri b block, new delhi. Due to non submission of re-kyc form my account was blocked. I updated the re-kyc form online plus sent the self attested scanned copy of the requisite documents through mail at [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but the bank neither updating the status of my account nor asking for any other documents and the account is still blocked.
I am facing a lot of problem in sending the money to my parents. It is requested to please look into the matter and resolve the same. Was this information helpful? |
