HDFC Bank — additional charges and rude behaviour

My account number - [protected] I had opened savings account in hdfc aburoad (Rajasthan) 307026! I am not satisfied with the kind of staff they have in hdfc bank aburoad ;zero staff behaviour, they don't know how to talk to their customers and don't know how to respond! My complain (1) - i told them to give me visa platinum card and they forcefully gave me rupay card! After few days they gave me visa card saying your rupay debit card amount will be reversed back in 10-12 days but till today it didn't! 2nd complain - i did international transaction and at transaction time i was charged 2.95 % debit card charges but i have been charged again 775 rs yesterday unknowingly.
