Dear sir, I am using hdfc credit card since many years ending with 7520. Unknowingly one assist had given memmbership to this card. Last year on behalf of my request they have not cancelled my membership. Now they have upgraded my plan &continue memmbership. Now i want to know that who is oneassist to debit fee from my credit card. Is oneassist sisterconcern of hdfc bank? Ifnot let me clear how oneassist has debited fee from creditcard without giving any prior notice to me. Please reffer me complaint no. Of this complaint.
