HDFC Bank — amazon refund my cancel order but its not showing on my hdfc account

I recently cancel an order from amazon the price value is rs14190.
I also receive a message from hdfc bank that amount "has been credited reversed by amazon."
But i still not receive any amount on my hdfc bank account.
Could you please take a look and let me know.
